Use the following steps to complete the order form below

Step 2: Fragrance (Choose One)

All fragrances listed are Certified Clean Scent+ (All fragrances used were manufactured without organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, phthalates, or ingredients on the California Prop 65 list)

Custom labels available upon request for orders of 10 or more. We will email you designs based on the description you provide on the order form. See Gallery for examples.
